Dovey Woodcutters specialize in a full range of show jumps & working hunter jumps supplied directly from our saw mill. Our horse jump wings & fillers are constructed from locally grown Western Red Cedar and Larch which are both good quality red softwoods that are very durable for outdoor use. The jumps are available either planed and painted as show jumps or in sawn-finish for rustic working hunter jumps. Our jump poles are also sourced locally and we make our own safe design of galvanized steel one-piece jump cups.
Our unique design of mobile field-shelters uses a heavy galvanised steel frame which doubles as a skid to move the shelter on. Plywood lining to half height and Onduline roofing sheets are used to give a quiet roof under the rain. All our shelter and stable buildings are constructed on site by us to ensure a high standard of build quality, they are not lightweight pre-fabricated structures.
